One piece of feedback that we have regarding the pre-settlement inspection is we would have appreciated if the sellers had been encouraged to vacate the middle floor of the property for a short period of time during the inspection. We are fully understanding that the seller was working from home but we would have liked at least a few minutes to inspect that space more throoughly and we felt a bit uncomfortable asking them to move ourselves.
