When I called from overseas concerned about some aspect, he was already across it and had done much more than I would have considered was his remit as an agent. He knows how the industry works - body corporates, and contractors, and was an absolute dream to work with. His professional advice and knowledge I think is rare to find. I have never praised a real estate agent before in my life, or even met one at this level. Communication? He picks up the phone no matter where you are or the (reasonable) time zone. I have often received advice not to go exclusive- Matthew is fine. I'm confident he will look after you.
