I had never been through the buying process before and feared doing something wrong and losing our dream home. However from the very moment I met Mathew he was trying to help. From ensuring we took as many photos as possible at our first viewing (little did I know how useful these photos would later become) to explaining in plan English how to communicate with the Conveyancing Lawyers (he even provided a number of draft emails to the Lawyers, just encase I needed them, this removed some of the confusion of what terminology to use to avoid ambiguity when instructing the Conveyancing Lawyers). Mathew also understood the lending process and explained sometimes banks aren’t as fast as you’d expect, and due to his communication skills, we were always one step ahead and both parties were prepared when we had to request an small extension, this again reduced a lot of the stress. I couldn’t recommend Mathew enough to any buyer/seller, he certainly helped speed up the process and run as smoothly as possible. The cherry on top….Mathew is a sincere and lovely man, he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Mathew comes with the highest of recommendations from me.
