Mathew is a pro-active agent who expends his total energy on receiving good results for his clients. We put our house at North Lakes in his hands. It was in very poor condition and needed a lot of work. At the time it may have achieved a moderate price on the market or may have even been avoided by buyers as both the house and overgrown gardens did not present well. Mathew recommended and initiated a programme of clean-up, rectification and staging. Mathew did all the work in organising and co-ordinating that and worked many hours overtime to achieve the best result. Before the campaign commenced he had estimated a sale price which turned out to be spot on the money ! The house and garden after the works presented as one we proudly regarded as one of the best properties in North Lakes. He organised a pre-view of the improved house to people from his buyers’ log prior to the first Open House all of whom were highly complimentary of the property. There were quite a few groups who attended the first Open House. Mathew had run TWO for us on that Saturday ! One couple who had attended the first open returned for a second visit and offered a top price, which possibly sets a new high bar for North Lakes. Mathew applied very intelligent marketing and negotiating skills to achieve that price. The property sold to that couple within the first week on the market. Without Mathew we would not have received the sale that we did and possibly would not even have sold the place at all. Happy buyers ? YES Happy vendors ? VERY HAPPY. Well done Mathew. Initially, we met Mathew at an open home when looking to purchase a larger property for our growing family. Mathew recently completed the sale of my family home, but not stopping short there he also was extremely instrumental in the negotiations of the purchase of our next house in another region for a great price.
