From the initial appraisal and throughout our journey to sell our property, we found Tom to be an informative and ethical agent at all times. He guided us through the process along with Nat to achieve an excellent outcome within a short period of time. He was always extremely helpful and true to his word. We would highly recommend him to any prospective seller.
The best thing about Tom is he always gives the answers for questions with all his professional knowledge and manners and excellent attention to details. Furthermore, Tom’s honest approach made people (seller and buyer) to open their mind.
To be honest not sure how to describe Tom, he is not the typical agent tying to make a sale and move to the next property and if it wasn’t for his cooperation and understanding we would probably not have purchased this house. Home open was on the weekend and we got stuck at a birthday party for the little one. He was having a blast and we didn’t want to stop the enjoyment and later that day we drove by the house. This was a beautiful home and my wife and i fell in love with it. We called Tom and had a discussion and told him we would like to place an offer. He was about to turn on the BBQ and said i cant let you put an offer and you have not seen the house so he came to the property for us to view and place our offer. He could see the little one running around enjoying the house and he made sure the owners were aware of that. He gave us so much insight on the area that we felt we are already a local. On final inspection he spent a good time explaining everything specially for me coming from apartment living for many years not knowing anything. He was so prompt with communication and always available to answer any queries we had. Will recommend his services to anyone buying and selling house.
We have recently sold our property and were very happy with the outcome. I would certainly recommend Tom and Nat's team if you seeking for selling your property
It was a great pleasure working with Tom and Nat Cleary. Absolutely the best experience ever. Both were professional, incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and offered invaluable advice. We had no idea of the process, Tom and Nat made it extremely smooth and gratifying. Thank you both for the care and amazing service. Can't recommend more...
Highly recommend Tom Cleary as a selling agent. From the get-go, his warmth, professionalism, local knowledge and dedication was obvious and a cut above the rest. Tom’s great communication made sure I was always in the loop and supported throughout the process. Despite a few hiccups outside of our control, Tom’s understanding and extra assistance helped a great deal. A (quick!) sales result more than met my expectations.
Tom is so professional and patient, we are very pleased to work with Tom. It has been a successul and joyful journey. Thanks Tom and Nat. Well done.
We found both Tom & Nat very professional & knowledgeable through out the whole process of selling our home from helping with the presentation of our home for the market to keeping us informed every step of the way. Tom took on a very challenging task as our home wasn't an easy sell & didn't fit into what would be a normal family home for selling but he did get us a great price & he was always on our side when things took a little longer than they should. Great job Tom we would highly recommend you to anyone wanting to buy or sell their home. Tom is not afraid to do the hard yards.
Tom Cleary is the most trustworthy, caring and reliable estate agent that we have ever met. His professional attitude and continuous attention to detail makes Tom a pleasure to work with. This is the 3rd house that Tom has sold for us and again he has exceeded our expectations with the price and the time it took Tom to sell and get an offer. Tom is hard working, loyal and honest. We highly recommend Tom Cleary and would not use any other Real Estate Agent
Tom was recommended by a close family friend. And from our first meeting on, I was confident that I had entrusted the sale of my property to a very capable person. He showed good attention to details and gave me regular tips and updates on the presentation of the property. This resulted in the quick sale of the property and it was way above my expectations. Thank you Tom..... and keep playing cricket :)
Tom was reassuring and honest with us and encouraged realistic expectations. He was very thoughtful, patient and considerate taking into account our personal circumstances and was excellent with his communication. At no stage did we feel any pressure - only support and encouragement.
Tom and Val made the sale of our home seamless and effortless..... their knowledge, communication and attention to detail is what made an express sale.....5 day's and it was SOLD. Thank you Tom and Val you are amazing. Regards Rod and Linda
