To be honest not sure how to describe Tom, he is not the typical agent tying to make a sale and move to the next property and if it wasn’t for his cooperation and understanding we would probably not have purchased this house. Home open was on the weekend and we got stuck at a birthday party for the little one. He was having a blast and we didn’t want to stop the enjoyment and later that day we drove by the house. This was a beautiful home and my wife and i fell in love with it. We called Tom and had a discussion and told him we would like to place an offer. He was about to turn on the BBQ and said i cant let you put an offer and you have not seen the house so he came to the property for us to view and place our offer. He could see the little one running around enjoying the house and he made sure the owners were aware of that. He gave us so much insight on the area that we felt we are already a local. On final inspection he spent a good time explaining everything specially for me coming from apartment living for many years not knowing anything. He was so prompt with communication and always available to answer any queries we had. Will recommend his services to anyone buying and selling house.
