Tom sold my property in Bull Creek. He was honest and hardworking throughout the process. When it came to decision making in relation to the sale of the property (sale fees, starting price, advertising, offers to take seriously) he was always transparent and careful not to sugarcoat the situation or any recommendations he made, whilst still remaining respectful of any decisions I came to. He was constant in his hard work and proactive in the follow up of potential buyers. At no stage did I feel the sale of my property was forgotten or deferred for another.
