Tom & Nat were exceptional, took away all the stress & made the process somewhat pleasurable. Made a point of showing me other properties in the area and through their local knowledge priced the property perfectly. Assisted with presentation ideas which all resulted in the property selling within 2 days & achieving at the high end of my expectations.
Nat and Tom provided us with a great service and kept us informed every step of the way. Their attention to detail and helping out at every opportunity was much appreciated. They treated our house for sale with respect as if it was their own. Communication is definitely one of Tom's strengths and he follows up on potentially interested parties and kept us informed along the way.
Tom and Nat are great people and were very open and honest from the first moment we met them. They were very professional and had a good knowledge of the local area, realistically pricing our home thus achieving a sale within the first 4 weeks. Tom and Nat went over and above expectations with the whole process of selling our home. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they were only too happy to help us in anyway they could. We highly recommend them and would definitely engage their services again.
Tom gave us an honest & realistic assessment of the value of our home right from the start, and we found him to be a diligent & likeable man who worked alongside his wife Nat to procure a sale in a very difficult market. I would recommend Tom without any reservations.
After 12 months looking for a house in Leeming, inspecting dozens of properties and interacting with many agents. I purchased a property sold by Tom, and for the entire process during inspection, offer, negotiation and waiting for settlement, Tom has been very helpful, transparent and profesional. Would definitively recommend
we dealing with few agents before tom on other properties, when they talk to us, we feel like they have something hiding, like playing some sort of tricks to lure you in, but Tom is different guy, I see honesty in his eyes first time I see him, he gives genuine advice, I will recommend him to all my friends.
Tom and Nat have been an incredible team to work with. My wife and I were nervous and unsure on the process as this purchase was our first home, throughout the process Tom was diligent on all deadlines, extremely trustworthy and open to helping us feel at ease with all that goes into buying a first home. My wife and I could not recommend Tom and Nat more.
Knowledgeable and realistic house pricing within our local area. Approachable and professional from the first call. Able to quantify proposed sale price with his knowledge of the current market and area. Advised on strategies to maximise the value of our property. Always available to answer our questions, no matter how big or small. Worked quickly and efficiently on the sale of our property, would definitely recommend Tom and Nat Clearly to any prospective sellers.
Tom was genuine, honest and professional. As a buyer, this was refreshing to see. He even managed to teach my cricket tragic husband a thing or two about cricket that he didn't already know.
Once again both Tom and Nat have managed to do the impossible and sell a second property for me in a tough market for a good price. Nothing but respect for the professionalism, dedication and hours they both put in to sell my property. Cheers Roger
We listed our property and Tom was able to get it on the market quickly. He has great communications skills and kept us informed the entire time. It resulted it a quick sale and we were very impressed with Tom integrity and ingenuity especially with the virtual furniture when selling our home. I can highly recommend Tom for selling our home he is very professional and has very high ethical standards. Many Thanks Tom you are a breathe of fresh air! Kindest regards Rochelle Stephen
We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Tom and Nat to anyone considering selling their home. We contacted them for an initial home appraisal, and knew immediately after that first meeting that they were the agents we wanted. They are a wonderful team, and both cared so much about doing their best for us, always going ‘above and beyond’. Their energy, enthusiasm and professionalism was outstanding, and Tom kept us so well informed every step of the way to deliver a great result. We cannot thank them enough for such a positive experience.
