We had a fantastic experience with Tom who we selected to sell our home. From the appraisal to the sale, Tom was extremely professional and dedicated to the sale of our property and his communication through the process was exceptional. We felt comfortable that every detail had been taken care of and knew that he would work tirelessly for the best outcome for us (we were very pleased with the outcome). We can not speak highly enough of Tom and Nat and would recommend them to anyone selling their home.

We met with 7 agents as my family thought I should choose one that I could communicate with, Tom was number 2 but he is definitely a number 1 in our book. He made it so easy with his knowledge of the market and in particular the area I live in. He worked with us and listened to any concerns that I had regarding children around the pool, he stationed his wife to oversee the pool area and make sure everyone was safe. We only had it open once and the house was sold that day. His after sales help is amazing and he has been on the end of the phone to answer many questions relating to the property I am buying. One day I will need Tom again and as I respect him so much it will be an easy phone call. Thank you Tom for your honesty, professionalism, knowledge of your industry and for being a pair of ears when needed. I will recommend you whenever I can, you deserve a medal.

Tom was the most professional agent ive ever met. always on the ball and great communication. highly recommended.

Tom helped out a lot in working out the best way to present our house (including bringing chairs from his own house to show off the backyard better!), and was generally easy and professional in his dealings throughout the selling process. He also had plenty of useful contacts like local electricians to get an electrical certificate. Would absolutely go with Tom again.

Our home was sold quickly and efficiently at the first viewing. Tom spent considerable time negotiating the offers we received and we accepted on the same evening. His helpful advice and tips along the way helped in the preparation for the sale of our property. Tom combines expert local knowledge and professionalism with a kind, caring approach that made us feel very comfortable at all times. Tom, together with Nat, have been so helpful, genuine and organised and were always available if we had any questions. Thank you to both Tom and Nat for ensuring the whole process was seamless from start to finish. We would highly recommend both Tom and Nat - 5 Stars

Tom made a difficult task so much better. From the first time we spoke, he was clear on the process, gave me helpful advice, and was not at all pushy. His local knowledge was a huge bonus. The end result was far beyond our expectations and my family are grateful for the efforts of Tom and Nat.

Having bought through Tom previously, we didn't hesitate when deciding on an agent to sell our home. Tom is professional, ethical, very aware of the market and also really pleasant to deal with. He made what could be a stressful time so much easier. Thanks so much Tom.

We had been watching the market for about 12months prior to selling and there was always a stand out for us, Tom Cleary. He and Nat were so professional and knowledgeable about the market. Their communication throughout has been remarkable to say the least. What we thought may have been a stressful experience turned out to be seamless with this team. We couldn't recommend and praise them enough. OUTSTANDING.

Nat and Tom were excellent as agents. They were both helpful, knowledgeable, punctual and friendly. They were always quick to share knowledge, presented professionally and Tom was always happy to answere calls.

Tom is a true gentleman, thorough, passionate and dedicated to his profession. His efforts were exceptional for our family. Tom made each phase of the process easy to navigate. Thank you Tom

We highly recommend Tom to anyone in search of an attentive, professional and trustworthy agent. Tom has been phenomenal throughout the sale of our property. His wealth of knowledge on the market and how he guided us to get ready to sell resulted in a great price for us . His prompt communication made the whole process stress free as well as how he went above and beyond to assist us with the sale and purchase of our next home. Tom is an exceptional agent who has a genuine care about the clients interest. He showed true care about our needs and his dedication to his job is one of a kind. Tom is a reliable and trustworthy agent for every potential seller. We are extremely happy with our sale. Thank you Tom!

Selling my father’s property after he passed away was a very stressful thing to do. I was fortunate to have chosen Tom to help me with the process. Tom was very professional from the start and made me feel very comfortable that I could trust him to work for me as the client. He gave me advice on the key work to do on the property to get the best value and what not to waste our time on given he knew the situation we were dealing with. The end result proved him correct. Tom communicated via the appropriate means for the occasion, being text, email or a phone call but was not overbearing in any way, just there when we needed him to be. I have previously purchased or sold 15+ properties and this has by far been the easiest process that I have encountered to date, with the end result also being very successful. The next time I am buying or selling, I will call Tom.
