Cynthia and her team,(Erin from Owens Casserly Real Estate) did a truly amazing job, and the property sold very quickly thanks to good preparation, making sure the property was painted, repaired and styled to a very high standard, ready for the next owner to move straight in. Selling a property can be stressful, even more so when you are in another state, but with Cynthia, it was very easy. Cynthia knows the market, she knows the area, and is very good at communicating with not only myself, but all involved in the sale of my property, giving updates and making me feel at ease. A big shout out to Brian, and his trade team who did the painting touch ups and minor repairs.
