Gizzelle sold our home within 5 days of being on the market! Throughout the process Gizzelle was a pleasure to work with. Gizzelle was professional, kept us informed at all times, very quick to respond to our queries & was always open and honest. Gizzelle went the extra mile for us, with nothing being too much trouble. Thankyou Gizzelle for being ambitious re the sale price of my property, and for achieving it. This was the first & only time I have sold property & it was a daunting task, but Gizzelle made it so easy . . . she found the right prospective buyers, and it took only 30 minutes in one showing of the house! Amazing.

Gizzelle is a Super hardworking agent who works over and beyond to ensure all her client requirements are met. She was superb in preparing & coordinating the house presentation. The property was sold at first open home with a great & favourable price that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Gizzelle to anyone looking forward to sell or buy a property, hassle free and under exceptional satisfactory conditions.

Gizzelle has gone above and beyond to make sure we had a great positive experience. She is wonderful to deal with and completely transparent and fuss free. We have dealt with other challenging agents but our experience with Gizzelle has not been stressful at all. She is very knowledgeable and professional. Communication has been great throughout the whole process.

Gizzelle is a professional, friendly and accommodating agent. She was happy to work with us and allowed us time to make an informed decision without applying pressure. Her communication and transparency made our experience the least stressful it could be. Gizzelle demonstrated her willingness to go the extra mile and was excellent to deal with through our purchasing journey.

Our sale was a long process. Properties around us on much smaller blocks were selling well but Gizzelle never suggested that we drop our expectations for a quick sale. We had time to get the right buyer at the right price. Many of the people who viewed the property commented on Gizzelle's friendly and professional demeanor and at all times she had our interests in the foreground. At no time did I ever consider changing agents. Unlike other agents, Gizzelle doesn't criticize other agents' methods and keeps a very professional attitude toward her competitors. I will be recommending Gizzelle to anyone who is looking for an agent who will do her utmost to get the best sale possible.
