Gizzelle was absolutely excellent to work with. She was very professional from start to finish. She had extensive knowledge of the market and was very determined from the beginning to get us the best price for our property. She was prompt with responses and kept us in the loop the entire time. We would highly recommend her to family and friends.

Gizzelle provided excellent service and communication while selling our house. Gizzelle has excellent knowledge of the area and is very supportive, with her availability to always answer questions

Working with Gizzelle was delightful. Gizzelle helped every step of the way and continued to keep me posted on how the open homes and enquires where going along the way. Gizzelle gave me realistic expectations and we managed to achieve a great outcome for all involved. Thank you!

Highly reccomend Gizzelle, I purchased my home and Gizzelle was the agent back then which was a great experience and then I have sold my house and used Gizzelle for the sale. Both buying and selling with Gizzelle has been an easy and stress free experience.

Gizelle is genuine in what she does. She will give an extra mile to help out. We had a great experience working with her.

Gizzelle was very impressive and we are very happy we had her by our side in our journey to selling our property. She has been very honest, transparent, and very supportive of all our needs in every step of the way. Her skilful abilities in marketing and finding the right buyer was exactly what we needed. We will not hesitate to have her again and will recommend her to others needing Agent help. Thank you so much Gizzelle

I can't thank Gizelle enough for her professional attitude and extreme care when handling the recent sale of my property. Her dedication is unmatched. Her thorough knowledge of the area and industry made what was a difficult decision an easy one. Highly recommended

Gizzelle made the entire process very easy. She was well researched, had a very effective marketing campaign, and ultimately got me a price that I was very happy with.

Gizzelle you are amazing! You have done it again! We are very happy with Gizzelle’s service and transparency that’s why we have decided to sell with her again. If you are thinking of selling or buying we highly recommend Gizzelle Powell of RE/MAX Lifestyle Marketing.

Gizzelle is an exceptional agent. She is genuine and extremely reliable. She will passionately tell you everything you need to know about a property you are buying from her and will share her experience and expertise when you decide to sell a property through her. We know because we bought an investment property from her which was eventually sold by her. Not all agents have the same dedication, enthusiasm and efficiency. She definitely puts her heart and a lot of hard work in every transaction she does, always doing her best to achieve an excellent outcome. Gizelle is one of a kind and she truly delivers!

Gizzelle really worked hard on this property. It definitely took some time for this 34 year old house to be snapped up in a market of several interest rate hikes which unfortunately affected borrowers loan capacity, but that didn't phase Gizzelle, it made her more determined. She communicated regularly with us and more so behind the scenes with the potential buyers. Thank you so much for all your hard work Gizzelle and for stretching yourself in places you were not engaged to do, but did from the kindness of you heart!!! We wish you more success and blessings!!

As someone who had been renting for 20+ years I've met my fair share of real estate agents and I wish they were all at least half as amazing as Gizzelle. As the buyer, Gizzelle kept me in the loop constantly and was honest and upfront the whole way through the process. Nothing was an issue and it was obvious how much she cared about doing the right thing by the vendor. I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again in the future.
