Unfortunately for all involved, our case was far from being straight forward due to multiple people being involved, plus other contributing factors in a deceased estate sale. Luckily we already knew Gizzelle from doing a fabulous job with the sale of my brothers property, so engaged her services again. I felt sorry for Gizzelle at times as she had to endure alot of unnecessary rigmarole and face many unnecessary hurdles.
