Gizzelle was God sent - I had been having issues with my investment property in Penrith which grossly mismanaged by previous agent. I needed to sell this property and placed an advert for interested agents to work on selling. Many agents contacted but Gizzelle's approach was one with ampathy, understanding and at the same time proven track record. After much deliberation I appointemnt her to sell the property and in the meantime her agency REMAX Lifestyle Marketing to manage the rental side. They both went beyond their expectations. Being Interstate I could not manage and get the property ready for sale, however Gizzelle took it upon herself and managed the renovation side of things with her good relationship with tradies delivery excellent standard of work at a very reasonsable price to get he property in the market quickly.
