I inspected a Property that Daiman had listed in Balwyn North in my capacity as Buyers Advocate for a lovely family looking to move into the area. The Property was overpriced by the Vendor, leading to a Pass-In at Auction, to me as Highest Bidder. This gives you about 60 seconds warning to go into an intense Post-Auction Negotiation - and it is when you get an immediate and very accurate picture of the skills and personality of the Agent - and this is where Daiman excelled. Daiman had to Deal with what I presume was a difficult, or at least stubborn Vendor, as the Negotiation went on for about 3 weeks, Daiman was cool, calm, polite and absolutely pleasant to deal with all the way through - and we ended up wrapping up the deal, with everybody happy, in a situation where often there would be unhappiness on one or both sides of the deal, so that is a real credit to Daiman.
