Daiman Kane was very helpful with everything regarding Auctioning my Aunt's home, I found him friendly, honest and knew what was needed for us to have a very successful auction. He gave great support to Rino Presutto in getting all the information needed. Very pleased with the whole experience.
We found Daiman to be a straight shooter and easy to deal with. From a buyers point of view he was an agent I would be happy to deal with again. Clear communication without over doing it.
Super honest, great person to deal with, and he knows the area better than anyone else.
Daiman from Fletcher's was great to deal with during the entire sale process. Appreciated the objective and transparent advice we received, and the regular updates after each open. Will happily work with him again in the future.
His honesty and knowledge delivered an excellent outcome with a sale taking place within 15 days. Thankyou.
Thanks for helping us purchase a new property. I am happy with the arrangement during inspection and following communications. Daiman knows the target and can help the vendor and buyers achieve an agreement.
In an industry where we’ve all heard tales of unreliable, disingenuous and dishonest agents, Daiman Kane and Fletchers are the antithesis and antidote to everything that can be wrong with the industry. We found both Daiman and Fletchers to be above reproach in their dealings and the way that they conducted themselves. We couldn’t have asked for a better and more honest experience. Communication was always prompt and respectful. We always knew how our property was tracking, and feedback was always helpful and articulate. Daiman sold our principal residence and we also bought our new home from him as well. In both scenarios, we couldn’t have asked for a better agent. In future, we won’t hesitate to use his services again.
This is our second time using Daiman. He helped us buy our current house and now he has assisted us in selling my late mother's property. Daiman was patient, helpful and went on and beyond, to the point where he came in on Sunday to ensure we got the sale and received our deposit cheque. Daiman is thorough and did a great job for us. We would definitely use Daiman again.
Daiman and Rino accomplished in two days what the previous agency could not do in six months! A pleasure to work with and would recommend them to anyone.
