I've dealt with Dale via my buyer agent for our first IP and had a very pleasant experience throughout the process. Furthermore, our experience with Ray White, Drouin as a whole was great and we ended up assigning them as property manager and have no issues so far.

I've dealt with Dale previously some years earlier found him to be very helpful and easy to communicate with which influenced me to seek his help again.

We bought the house through Dale and there was no doubt where we would go when the time came to sell. Dale and Libby are friendly, easy to work with and no nonsense. They are an anomaly in the real estate world and I have to say, we are really happy to have met them. They gave us a realistic appraisal of our property and got it sold quickly. Dale knows his job. He is easy to talk to and explains things in a way you can understand. Dale is happy to discuss things through with you. He listens and tries to follow through on your requests.

Dale has been around a great number of years in the real estate buisness. He has a great wealth of knowledge in the property market, both residential and commercial. He understands where the property values are at on the day and will let you know in real terms its value, regardless of what the client might think. As the market changes from day to day , it is important to know the real value figure, not a fictitious one or one that you might want to hear. Dale treats his clients as friends, and listens to their requests whether selling or purchasing.
