We purchased a property with Dale acting as agent

The property was in an area with few historical transactions so it was difficult to price. The marketing was done very well with an excellent drone driven video. Dale was always affable and professional. He managed a challenging vendor situation with multiple family dynamics. I've not hesitation in using Dale to find a tenant for us and sell the property in future.
