Excellent communication and very proactive.

Right from the start Dale impressed me with his honesty and communication skills. We were able to sell our home in a challenging market and were still able to get a satisfying price. Dale was keeping us updated when need be and was timely with suggestions on how to strategize our sale and when we needed to tweak our price point. When it came to crunch, Dale was able to negotiate with the buyer to get us a better price. We were very happy that we chose Dale for our sale and will 100% use him again next time.
