He was also very responsive to our offer queries over the weekend & called us nice and early on the next Monday morning with the great news! Did not know well about the property that he was selling. Did extremely poor presentation on the settlement date by requesting to collect the keys at his office without congratulations. I do not and will never recommend this agent to anyone.
