Having been looking in the market for a while and having very specific needs we pretty much had an encounter with every agent in the area and we were extremely disheartened. Dale spoke to us openly and with respect and I witnessed that with every person who attended an inspection. The concerns we had mainly with having a pool Dale countered with respect and helpful suggestions so much so that we soon saw the pool as being a huge asset. Dale effortlessly and honestly showcased the home and highlighted all its charm wonderful features. He sold us the dream of living there with our children, it was very easy to picture ourselves living there happily for many years to come. The area we wanted to purchase in was very small however had many varied pockets, Dale was able to give us the pros and cons of each while focusing on what makes this particular area great not just now but into the future. Come auction day Dale and the wonderful team were positive and upbeat, in our eyes this helped us secure our new forever home. The team were genuinely happy and celebrated with us which warmed our hearts and made the experience even more memorable. Paperwork and the legalities were straight forward and easy. As a result of our overall positive experience we have signed on with Dale and the team to sell our property. I have seen and experienced the individual and unique attention to detail every property has been given as opposed to the cookie cutter approach of all the other agencies and we want nothing less for the sale of our property. Dale and the S&L team act with nothing but genuine integrity that every buyer and seller deserve for their properties.
