Dale seems to be different than most agents but not trying create drama about a house when their is not drama. Honest fellow. very confident in the houses he is selling. (we had seen others of his before.) Like his willingness to take any offer to the vendor. I feel like he is better than most in that regard. We found the music volume too loud at the insprestions. Otherwise the inspections went smooth. Dale seems to have great knowledge over the market we purchased our future home.
