Dale was straightforward and provided a good service in what is currently a tough real estate market. He was always accessible and provided good advice and suggestions (not always related to the sale of the property). Whilst the sale price was a little lower than I was expecting for Dale to have sold the property in the current market I was happy to have it sold. He made the experience of selling not only my first property but also one located in a different state to which I live very manageable.
