Dale was very considerate of the circumstances as the owners were going into care, so it was a difficult decision to sell. Dale was up front with the costs and marketing, he spent time with the owners reassuring them every step of the way. I did not want to have inspections till the owners moved into care which Dale agreed and he had an inspection booked in the day the owners left and contacts were signed for a successful sale prior to the property going on the market. A very smooth transaction.
