Dallas refused to allow my wife to view an earlier property because she had a foreign accent. Unfortunately, the house we wanted to purchase in the end was only available for sale through Dallas. Our purchase DID NOT need to go through foreign investment review as Dallas insisted. Thanks for making the purchase of our property sour and for tarnishing the reputation of Ray White.

Everything with Dallas was easy from start to finish, Our house was only on the market a very short time and the day that the buyer signed the contract Dallas came to us after hours so we could see the offer and sign. I had contacted Dallas months before I listed my property for sale. We discussed the market and trends and price expectations. Dallas kept in touch over the months prior to listing. Dallas is somewhat of an expert in this particular part of the market so is the obvious choice if you want to buy or sell this type of investment property. Dallas is 'always' cheery, pleasant and positive. He is excellent with his communication and always keeps you informed of what's going on during the property marketing process. He gets back to you frequently and very quickly with any relevant information. Dallas managed to get a number of interested parties through the property and we had a number of offers. There was a lot of going back and forth with offers and changes of terms and gathering of information required. Throughout all of the process Dallas always remained very positive and polite.
