Dalton was an absolute dream to work with! If I could rate him 6 stars out of 5 I would. As a purchaser, a lot of agents tend to be dismissive of your questions and pressure you into making an offer when you do not feel comfortable doing so. This in turn makes you less likely to commit to a property. I had the complete opposite experience with Dalton. He was always available to chat to (which as a first time buyer is a huge relief!) and was very prompt in sending any questions or queries I had to the vendor. Dalton made himself available outside of work hours so that I could view the property at my convenience, and ultimately we got a great result on the property. I would recommend him to anyone trying to purchase in Sydney, or any vendors who are trying to sell!

P.S - I have no business interests or motives in providing this feedback, I am just a genuinely happy client who wants Dalton to succeed and help more people like me. Where should I start! I can write pages and pages about how helpful Dalton has been but I can't do that because of limitation of space so I will try and summarize my thoughts in as few words as possible. Right from my first conversation with him over the phone through to the day the contract became unconditional, Dalton has been absolutely honest, ethical and transparent with me. He has never pushed me in to doing anything but has always given me enough data and information so that I make the right decision. The reason this was important was because the property I bought is not straightforward and deal itself was very tricky with SO MANY moving parts. I have no hesitation in saying that if it was not for Dalton I would have walked away from the deal - I am NOT exaggerating. I think I made the right decision and the only reason I could do that is because I could call Dalton and discuss with him my concerns. He always listened to my concerns patiently and always gave me his opinion in an honest and unbiassed manner. If he did not know enough about the subject he would not give things a spin and would say that he will come back to me and he always did come back to me.
