When we finally were ready to sell we chose him over other agents for his local area knowledge and enthusiasm for our property. Damian was very efficient and went over and above during the sales process. He arranged for production of great marketing material, conducted multiple open houses over several weeks, calling me in person with a report straight after each of these, and also sent regular email summaries of the interested parties who attended right up until auction day.
