Over the space of just 10 days, Damian managed six opens and negotiated a large number of offers, resulting in a final outcome with which we are very pleased. Great result after a long period on market. We completed a high end development in mid 2023. We listed with the agent we often use and one home sold immediately. But the other languished on market for an extended period during which we had moved on from the first agent, tried a second agent for an extended period before changing again to Seachange a few months ago, based on a recommendation and in frustration that we hadn’t achieved a sale.
