Damian was the logical choice for me when listing my house. He listed and sold my parents house in a day so was the first man i called regarding the sale of my home. It is a tough market at the moment and Damian was always on point with feed back after each inspection. He ended up selling my home after approx 4 months and at a price that was in his original appraisal range. Really happy with tge service and the feed back. Oh and the no bull approach was really appreciated. I'd happily recommend Damian to any seller or purchaser.
