We chose Damian from Buxton purely on a gut feel. We spoke to another agency who I met at the house, they were dressed in 3 piece suits, drove expensive cars and presented an expensive brochure about how good they are. Damian rocked-up driving a Ford, wearing jeans and new the neighbourhood and the local market back to front. The decision was easy and the process from that point sooooo simple up until the sale which was above expectations. I will use Buxton again, for sure.
