I first met Damian 10 years ago when I was looking to buy my property and while I didnt buy through him at the time, I was so impressed with his genuine care and wanting to help that I remembered him and kept him in mind for when I sold. When time came to sell, I was once again impressed with Damian's knowledge of the industry and the area and he made the whole process easy to understand. His efficiency and prompt communication meant that I was always kept in the loop as to what was happening with my sale. His contacts for photography and advertising were excellent and I was so impressed with the way my house was presented for sale. The sale itself was very fast (1 week on the market!) and far exceeded my expectations in price! I would not hesitate to recommend Damian to anyone looking to buy or sell! 10/10
