Helpful During Sale, Disappointing Follow-Up After Settlement

Damian was helpful and professional during the process of acquiring the property and assisted us throughout the purchase. He came across as a decent and genuine person during the transaction. However, post-settlement, our experience was disappointing. Damian became unresponsive to multiple text messages, some agreed items were not rectified, and rubbish was left at the property for weeks after settlement. Despite following up several times for an update, we received no response. This part of the process could have been handled much better, and unfortunately it impacted our overall experience.
