A great team. Kim Montgomery helped me with ideas to spruce the place up then helped arrange for some renovations. Damian Montgomery then organised the marketing. My place was sold way above expectations and during its' first Open House.

We had been looking for a property for quite some time. Always believed there is a conflict of interest with real estate agents as they are working for both sides. We have dealt with a lot of agents in our area and would not recommend dealing with the majority of them, even to the point where we were told by one agent, if we offered a certain amount the deal would be done tonight. We offered that amount and we where then ghosted for a few days. Needless to say that purchase did not happen. Purchasing through Damian, we found Damian to be an actual real estate agent with integrity....hard to find! Although still working for both sides, Damian pointed out the pros and cons of the property we ended up purchasing, We caused him a lot of trouble as we had dilemmas with finance but he still took it in is stride! Needless to say the contracts have been exchanged and the sale has proceeded. It may be an area record but i am presuming the sellers and my wife and i, the buyers, are happy with the result!!!
