Damian sold my property well before it was supposed to go onto the market and held the hand of a nervous seller all the way through the process. Nothing was too much trouble.

Damien is very confident. Our sale was very fast and pretty much drama free. The negotiations with potential buyers was direct and completed in very timely manner. We had signed offers after the first inspection. Actually completed within a few days and the non conditional contract was completed in less than 10 days. I asked Damien to visit me with the view to either selling or renting my property. Damien gave advice and information on both options without a guarantee of becoming my agent and he gave good advice about what to do to make the property presentable. He spent a lot of time contacting me and giving me information but with no pressure to sell. When we did decide to sell, Damien again did not apply pressure but encouraged us to make the property presentable and we put it on the market when we were ready.
