I recently purchased a property in Georgetown and Damien (Lane Campos) was my agent. I met Damien at the opening, and he assisted me throughout the settlement process. Damien was friendly, professional, and obliging throughout and easy to work with. I was able to access the property a few times after the sales contract exchange to take some measurements and make additional inspections of the property. I want to note that my experience of with the bidding process (not with Damien) and sales contract exchange felt unnecessarily stressful. It took an entire day of back and forth on the phone until an offer was accepted. In the following two days, I also felt unduly pressured to push my solicitors to exchange contracts so my offer won't get gazumped, this included being asked to waive the cooling off period and removing the 'Subject to Finance' clause. While this might have been a result of the property market in the COVID-19 world, I still felt that it could have been handled better. I have provided this feedback to Lane Campos, and it was well received. Overall, it's been a pleasure working with Damien and he very thoughtfully brought a treat for my furry friend Rufus to welcome him to our new home. The decorations and the bottle of champagne was also very much appreciated.

Recently as a buyer, (with multiple other realtors) I often felt to be an inconvenience in asking any single question about a prospective purchase as there was a line up of other purchasers behind me. The standard was a less than genuine response at best often with no proactive follow-up on their part. However, this was the polar opposite experience with Damian. Damian returned my calls, answered all questions thoroughly and timely, was engaging, and genuine in all interactions. He even entertained my children so I could thoroughly inspect the house.
