We have brought 2 investment properties through Damien and on both occasions the purchases have been seamless and we have been impressed by his professionalism and genuine manner. He communicates well and always follows through on what he says. We would feel very comfortable to use Damien again either buying or selling property and would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Damian is a friendly, polite and excellent communicator and he continued this throughout the process until the completion of the sale of our home. He is great with keeping appointments, organising follow-up visits for prospective buyers and following up with required paperwork. Damian's willingness to go above and beyond with keeping us updated on what is happening with potential buyers has been appreciated. I would highly recommend Damian.

Damian has been a truly outstanding agent. Great in his communication, always Followed up in line with what he said he would do, trustworthy

I made the best decision to choose Damian from George Brand to sell my property at Killarney Vale. He was so professional and made sure I was kept informed after each open house and inspection. His advice to go to Auction gave us an outstanding result. Damian actually cared and gave me so much confidence that my property would be sold. Highly recommend can't stress enough that you will not be disappointed

Damian was outstanding in every aspect - he impressed me on the first inspection of the property and handled every query and detail with such care and professionalism - it was as if he were working for me, not the vendors!! Genuinely happy with my purchase and his assistance in making it all happen for me.

I can’t fault Damian’s work. As a buyer of a property I received the information I required and quickly.

I found Damian to be extraordinary. If you're wanting an agent who will not only go above and beyond what is required, but provide you with his full trust, faith and commitment, Damian is your go to guy. The insight and foresight he has within his field makes him truly gifted. He is also a truly wonderful human being to go with it who took into account my sentimentality and attachment to the family home. I recommend him very, very highly and wish to say thank you Damian Thank you very, very much

Damian is excellent! His professionalism, dedication and knowledge is second to none. Would highly recommend when needing an honest realtor.

Damian was chosen for his pleasant and courteous presentation, initially. This was in preference to 2 other agents who presented as pushy and self important. The marketing program he produced was first class and obviously convinced the interstate buyers. His local knowledge proved invaluable in marketing the property. Damian was always punctual for appointed inspections and kept us informed of progress afterwards. All in all a rewarding experience and we would recommend him to any future seller

We found Damian to be very professional yet considerate when dealing with us. He was always prompt to respond to our queries and provided additional assistance beyond his scope of work. It was a pleasure working with him.

Damian was great to work with. He is a very professional helpful young man

Damian was fantastic when helping me purchase my new home! He was professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. He was easy to communicate with and made buying a house as stress free as possible! I would highly recommend Damian to anyone looking to sell or purchase a property.
