We picked Damian and his team because they already had a strong sales record for similar acreage properties (based on my search of of sold acreage properties on realestate.com). Damian was a straight talker and his team is a well oiled machine. They got the details right (always on time, very responsive to our enquires etc) and were always able to source people to do work to prep our property at short notice. This included sourcing a driveway dude to resurface 200m of driveway, a stylist (she was a genius in styling the house without renting expensive crap) and all the usual marketing/drone/printing stuff. We signed Damian up on the day we met him. House was prepped and on the market within a couple of weeks. Went to auction within 4 weeks and although it was passed in on the day..... Damian then sourced an offer $400,000 above the best auction offer within 48 hrs. I know that he isn’t particularly good looking, but he has a great work ethic and integrity. We would use him and his team again!
