We are first home buyers and new to Ballarat, a lot of anxiety around buying a new property, a workplace colleague referred us to Damien. We have found some defects in the inspection report that need to be fixed by the builder and Damien was helpful in liaising with the builder and got them look into most of it before the settlement date.
