Damian Slade and his real estate team staff have been nothing short of exceptional, and my experience of selling our house and then dealing with their property management team in order to temporarily rent it back again has been amazing. As it happened, the initial contact for the sale unfortunately fell through due to delayed international finance approval, but as soon as this was confirmed (and I mean as soon as ie. the same afternoon), Damian called multiple leads from earlier enquiries, organised another inspection and within another hour I was presented with a second offer at 6 pm that Friday evening! Then, as it suited the new buyer (as well as us), a temporary tenancy agreement was drawn up promto as well, and as my partner and I were about to head off for a previously arranged overseas holiday, everything else was completed within the next week! The settlement followed by the immediate commencement of the tenancy arrangement went off without a hitch the last day we were in Australia, and I cannot praise the Slade property team enough to make it all happen. Absolutely everyone in that team seemed to respect and communicate really well with each other, and both their electronic and written correspondence was prompt and accurate. Damian especially was great with communicating with me directly or by phone, and his attitude was always professional yet approachable. I was personally introduced to his secretary Marina earlier on, too, and together, they don't miss a beat. I cannot rate Damian and his team any more highly and would definitely recommend his exceptional all round services to anyone who is considering to either sell, buy or rent their property.
