Damien Anthony is the owner of the FremantleCo Building and the Licensee and Director of FremantleCo. He studied Arts at UWA and spent 3 years at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts before deciding to get into property. He commenced his sales career in 1999 and was the top selling agent in the Mt Lawley area until he moved into project apartment sales with Saville Australia in 2006. During his time at Saville, and later at Diploma Group, Damien was responsible for over 500 off plan apartment sales throughout the Perth CBD, East Perth, South Perth and Subiaco areas.
More recently, Damien has also undertaken a number of his own boutique apartment developments as well as renovating and selling several houses for attractive returns. He is considerably experienced in the acquisition and subdivision of development opportunities and has first-hand experience in managing building, design, statutory approvals and handover of property projects.
A South Fremantle Local for the past decade he has now established Fremantle Co - The Fremantle Real Estate Company. Having lived in the area for many years he sees a definite need for an agency that provides the high end expertise and skill level of some of the more corporate agencies whilst keeping that distinctly Fremantle feel.
