This is the second property I have had Damian Crivelli sell for me and if I had any more to sell, I would definitely use him. He is down to earth and tells you how things are, instead of feeding you a loud of crap. He knew the prospective buyers very well and knew who would ultimately purchase the property. Our property was passed in at auction however, Damian handled after auction negotiations and achieved the price we were after and sold the property to the person he said would be the purchaser. Have known about Damien for a very long time. He sold a friend's property many years ago and he couldn't be happier with the service. We went through the motions of interviewing the 'others' and when I called Damien, his no-fuss and straight-to-the-point ethic was a positive for us in that there was no beating around the topic.
