Damien Crivelli from Barry Plant in Craigieburn was the best choice I have made in years, and certainly the smartest, and best decision you can make when selling the most valuable and expensive asset you may ever own. As a first time seller I was terrified of the whole process.. I needn't have worried! Damien alleviated all of my fears in the utmost honest and forthright way. I felt an immediate belief in his abilities and knowledge of the area to help get me the best possible price. He did not disappoint!! Not even close!! Selling your first home is stressful enough, and with all other time constraints of daily life, he did not hesitate in taking over all the hard work, organising handy men, cleaners, gardeners, house furnishers.. well, pretty much everything!! And their prices were much more reasonable than anything I could have googled.. and their quality of work was outstanding. My 40 yr old home looked outsanding.. The whole experience was Wonderful!! He went above and beyond all of my expectations. I felt that Damien was on my side the whole time and had my best interests at heart. He was always available to answer my questions and he constantly kept me up to date on how viewings went and the interest it attracted. He always acted with integrity which was so important to me. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of him,and the whole experience, and strongly advocate that he is the man you would want going into bat for you with the biggest investment of your life. The sale price far exceeded what we could have ever have even hoped for.. We are absolutely delighted. Thank you Damien. My only regret is that I don't have another property you can sell for me!! You were AMAZING!!
