When we first contacted Damien about the house we had a reply and an early appointment to view the residence very quickly even though there was an open home event in the near future. there did not appear to be hidden agenda with all of our negotiations, no "beating about the bush".
Damien was able to get a contract on our house in 5 weeks (which was subject to sale) and then worked hard to sell the purchaser's property so our sale could go through.
