We found from the first meeting with Damien when he came to give us an appraisal of our house very helpful, caring , honest and so easy to converse with and willing to explain things in detail so we understood, especially on how to prepare a property for sale eg like removing furniture etc. so it showed the space in the rooms and to make sure the house was ready for the buyer to move straight in without having to do anything. We were really happy the way the home opens were conducted and the feed back he gave us after each opening was always positive and so we were never worried as we knew he was really working hard to sell our house. When the house was sold everything went smoothly because Damien had advised us of what we had to organise eg Settlement Agent etc. When friends asked how we went with our sale and they wanted to know why we seemed so happy and not stressed out !! Damien help me purchase our land to build our house on and always quick in answering any questions I had and all was smooth sailing. Then we had problems on our side (nothing to do with Damien) with finance and we had to sell the land and there was no one else I would have gone to but Damien.
