I had the pleasure of using Damien as my agent whilst selling a house in Stirling. From the commencement of the campaign till the time it was sold, I was very impressed with his continual professionalism in his approach. I found Damien extremely knowledgeable about the sale of properties in my area and his communication skills and feedback were excellent to the seller. I was continually updated with the home opens and he was available for any advice required. It was a pleasure to deal with him in what can be a stressful time in one’s life. When looking for another property, Damien was the agent. Again I had the pleasure to deal with him. The sale was successful but he went beyond the call of duty and liaised with the previous owner for early storage of my belongings in the house. He acres as a mediator to enable me to use the empty garage for early storage. This I thought was exceptional service. There was also lots of follow up after the house settled. Thank you Damien.
