This property was part of the estate of my father-in-law who had recently passed. Terri and Damien had recently sold our own home within two weeks and we had a great experience with the whole process. So we used them again to sell this property. We had already moved interstate and therefore had to trust Terri and Damien to handle things in our absence. Because there were tenants in the property, the process of the selling it had to be handled sensitively so as not to inconvenience them. Terri worked with the tenants to make sure that things fit in with their schedule. Because of this, opportunities for open houses and inspections were limited. Damien ran a marketing campaign that generated a lot of traffic on the single open day. 70 people turned up! A number of offers were received and that pushed the sale price above what we thought that we would achieve. In addition the property sold in about a week of coming on the market. Terri and Damien make a great team. They have a deep knowledge of the local real estate market and give advice on how to present properties well to make them appealing to buyers. They have developed strategies to sell properties quickly but at good prices. That was the case for both of our properties anyway. I would recommend using them if you need to your sell your property.

Excellent local market knowledge and not a franchise Demonstrated integrity, transparency, quality and ability through the sale process - we went from first viewings on the Saturday to a very good offer by Tuesday and contract exchange on Friday.
