Damien knows the market very well. He is very professional very nice. He knew what I was looking for and did not make me waste time on offers not relevant. He is also very creative. I would recommend him to whoever is looking to buy or sell a home in the highlands.
Damien really knows the market and helped to achieve a great price for my sale. He always kept me up-to-date with everything. Service with a smile, would certainly recommend.
Damien was a pleasure to deal with when we recently purchased our property. The communication was honest, clear and always timely. We would highly recommend Damien if you were buying or selling.
Damien is highly professional and has extensive knowledge in the housing market, trends and prices. He always made sure to keep constant contact during the sale of our property and continually provided feedback from the prospective buyers. We always felt confident and at ease that we had engaged the best real estate agent for a huge step in our lives putting us into our family home. We are very grateful for Damiens commitment and care and will without a doubt return to him for any future sales.
Damien's honesty was what first struck me - he is professional to a tee, transparent and fair-minded. He has so much integrity and seeks win-win outcomes for both vendor and buyer. He is also a very personable, considerate and reliable communicator. As a first home buyer, I felt vulnerable entering into this process (even more so having encountered and narrowly dodged a few sharks out there along the way) and I proceeded with this purchase because I was able to trust Damien. Thank you Damien and colleagues!
Damien is an amazing agent and thoroughly nice person. He embodies everything that is good and trustworthy in an agent. I couldn't have done this without his help and support.
Damien and his team were excellent in all areas ,They worked hard to get the best price for us in difficult times I highly recommend him
Damian always kept us in the loop regarding our sale of our property here in Moss Vale. We felt very confident with his approach to selling our home. I would definitely recommend Damian to others as he did what he said he was proposed every step of the way. Regarding the price question below I did say we were disappointed as we were led to believe initially that we would sell easily and for a much higher price that was advised to us by another sales person.
A very BIG thank you to Damien Ogilvy for delivering a fantastic sale of our property! Damien ran a comprehensive campaign and kept us informed on every thing that was going on from start to finish. He was very polite, professional and easy to communicate with. Our property sold quickly at a fabulous price and we were very happy with the results . We would certainly recommend Damien Ogilvy to anyone who is looking for an agent to sell their property.
Damien was recommended to us and immediately upon getting in contact we were really impressed by his knowledge of the market. He was incredibly professional and did a wonderful job selling our house, something we found quite daunting. Overall our experience was really great and we would definitely recommend his expertise to others.
I could not reccomend Damien more when it comes to choosing an agent. He truly went above and beyond in every aspect with getting it across the line. Thank you again Damien, truly a miricale worker.
