Referred to Damien straight away and he took the time to explain the selling processes, associated costs and marketing campaign in an easy to understand manner without pressure. The unit took a little while to sell with the BRE team keeping me updated after each regular open day and employing assorted strategies and advertising to maintain buyer interest. Damien would also touch base on a regular basis. Very easy to deal with and always returned calls promptly. Purchaser created issues at settlement date but the BRE team were professional, proficient and maintained liaison and negotiation to ensure the rescheduled settlement date was set and achieved.
