Damion is professional and a hard working agent. He works for you as a vendor and looks after your personal interests. A pleasure dealing with Damion he got us the results we asked plus more. Very accessible, answers calls promptly, delivers results. Highly recommend.
Damien was excellent in securing the sale of my property in Suffolk Park. Could not recommend him more highly. Will definitely use him again if selling or buying.
I found Damien to be professional, knowledgeable and personable in the selling of my Byron Property. I felt like I was in good hands with Damien and April.
Although we had met Damien previously, this was our first time dealing with him. Damien went out of his way to show us the property on a Sunday and again on the Monday which was a public holiday. Damien’s willingness to work on the long weekend helped us to choose the property over another that we were interested in, but the agent was willing to get us through the property again on the weekend. Damien has continued to help us post the sale and his communication has been excellent. We’d have no hesitation in recommending Damien.
I would highly recommend Damien as your agent. His professionalism and personality make the whole process less stressful. I always felt that I was in good hands with Damien. He is prompt, straightforward, and achieved a great result. He is also fun to work with. Well done Damien!
Damian and his assistant April are fully aware of the current market situation, are able to ascertain an expected result and have all the tools necessary to market a well-presented property. And I believe a property needs to be very well presented, show that it is a well cared for and loved property. Such ambiance is evident to prospective buyers.
Damien was great to deal with and went out of his way to be as helpful as possible in our process to buying our first home.
Damien’s local knowledge, experience and tenacity have now secured our purchases of 2 investment properties in Byron Bay. His communication was first rate and went beyond the expected efforts as the seller’s agent to secure our deals as purchasers.
Damien recently sold my home. I found him to be honest, reliable and informative. He kept me informed of all negotiations, walking me through the process. I would highly recommend him as he is both professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely use Damien again in the future. His co-worker April was also informative and professional in all negotiations. Thank you Damien for all your help E
We have had experience with Damien over several years before finally purchasing. He is patient and friendly, and honest with his comments and appraisals. As a buyer or seller I would recommend Damien as someone who you can trust and who comes across well in all circumstances.
Damien is incredibly professional, whilst making you feel like you are working with an old friend. He takes great pride in the property he sells and has indepth knowledge of the market and the local area. It was an absolute pleasure buying a property through Damien and I can imagine the vendors had a similar experience. Thanks for your guidance, support and encouragement and for all the follow up after the deal was done. We are so excited about our new chapter.
Damien was very friendly and communicative throughout the whole process of the sale of our house. We would thoroughly recommend Damien and his team to anybody wishing to sell their property!
