Complex Sale

The sale of Numeralla was complicated as prospective buyers were required to enter into a complex Terms Sheet which included an agreement to make a call option to Liquidators and enter into an Access and Harvest Agreement as pine trees on the plantation were still being harvested from the site. This was not a run of the mill sale and Damien was able to achieve a satisfactory result.
