We have dealt with Damien on several occasions over the last 7 plus years and as expected we received professional service from Damien and his team. A clear marketing plan and sales/pricing strategy was communicated to us from the start and resulted in a quick sale. Damien has exceeded our expectations and along with Sarai have made the selling of our home another success, we would highly recommend their services to anyone else.

Agent and staff were easy to deal either, which was important since We reside in Queensland and yhr house was in Melbourne. The house was put on the market quickly and a sale within 4 days was made. However due to the poor condition the tenants displayed yhe home and some maintenance matters I was not aware of, the first sale failed due yo a poor building inspection. These matters were dealt with and after a further 8 weeks Hocking Stuart secured a contract.

Damien was professional and easy to do business with. He is well known in our area for getting results and that is what he achieved for us. More than happy to recommend his services.

Damien was fantastic and inspite of bit of slight non responsiveness to calls ,we love dealing with Damien as he is lovely person and very approachable and does not treat sale of property that would earn him, commission -he really personalises with his amazing personality. The only feedback i have is because the company makes so much of $$$ out of sale of property ,they should incorporate what a few good agents do. On sale of property clients get sent either congratulations Gift voucher or Big box of goodies congratulating client that contains fancy nibbles etc etc. It should be personalised to customer . I would give Damien 9.5 out of 10 and Belle property 5.
